Who we are and what we do

Ogden Creative Reuse comprises of Mandy Shale, CEO and Founder, Thor Dorosh/Prudence who is the COO, and Kristen Chapman who is the CFO.

The idea of a creative reuse store in Ogden started many moons ago and we’re so happy to be a part of this wonderful community!

We are all volunteers at the current time and we are focusing on collecting and curating the wonderful donated new and used art, craft, and disposed of items and either putting them on the store’s floor to sell to crafters and artists or selecting them to use in our educational programs (all of our reuse classes are free this July! Happy 250th to Democracy!)

We are also looking for Advisory Board members, artist and crafter collaborators interested in teaching, and volunteers who are interested in supporting our mission. We encourage people of all abilities to apply as we have a variety of responsibilties and tasks that need to be completed.

Give us a call, text, or email and let us know if you’d like to get involved.

Ogden Creative Reuse is a 501(c)(3) non profit that provides an art and craft thrift store and a community maker space and gallery while creating opportunities for science, technology, engineering, math, and art education for children and adults of all abilities through the use of discarded items in our community.
