Monday Sept 14th- Gather and Let Go: An evening of nature, creativity, and connection

Come slow down, connect with nature, and explore the beauty of things that don’t last forever. After a short movement exercise to help us get grounded in the space, we’ll use natural materials to create a temporary artwork, reflect on the experience, and then work as a team to create one shared piece that we’ll eventually let go together. No art experience is needed- just bring your curiosity and a willingness to play! Hosted by RJ Kirkland (She/They), an Ogden-based clinical mental health counselor who uses somatics, expressive arts, and mindfulness approaches to support folks in reconnecting with self, community, and nature.
